Directions
From the North: Take 35W South to 60th St exit, make a left onto 60th St. Go about half a mile to Portland Ave. Turn left onto Portland Avenue. Diamond Lake Clinic is the second building on the right.
From the South: Take 35W North to Highway 62 East. Take the Portland Avenue exit and make a left onto Portland Ave. Go approximately 2 blocks, Diamond Lake Clinic is the second building on the right after the 60th Street intersection.
From the East: Take Highway 62 West to the Portland Avenue exit. Turn right onto Portland Avenue and go approximately 2 blocks to the second building passed a stoplight.
From the West: Take Highway 62 East to the Portland Avenue exit. Turn left on Portland Avenue. Go approximately 2 blocks, Diamond Lake Clinic is the second building on the right after the 60th Street intersection.
You may park in the lot in front of the building or on the street.
